Secure Knoxxbridge document cabinet and deal-room storage

Knoxxbridge OS™ Infrastructure Coming Soon

Secure File Cabinet™

A future document vault for organizing broker files, buyer/client files, and seller/client files so Knoxxbridge OS™ can reference, inspect, and analyze transaction documents with AI-assisted underwriting.

V62 Preview — V63 Functional Target

Purpose-built document infrastructure for acquisition analysis.

The Secure File Cabinet™ is designed to become the document layer of Knoxxbridge OS™. In V62, this page explains the intended structure and software requirements. In V63, the module should become a functional file-storage system where approved users can upload, label, sort, retrieve, and eventually submit PDF documents into Knoxxbridge AI Analysis OS™ for reference, inspection, extraction, and underwriting support.

Current Status Preview Active

Frontend intake, classification, readiness scoring, and final architecture notes. Backend storage remains deferred.

V63 Objective Functional Vault

Secure upload, file classification, client folders, permission-aware storage, and PDF retrieval.

Future AI Layer Analysis OS™

Document-aware Knoxxbridge AI capable of reading uploaded deal files and assisting underwriting logic.

Functional Preview Layer

Document intake, classification, and report-readiness preview.

This is not permanent storage yet. It records document names and metadata locally so the public build can demonstrate how files will eventually attach to a Business ID, verification label, and Executive Report workflow inside Knoxxbridge OS™.

Preview Cabinet Register™

Files listed here are metadata-only until secure backend storage is connected.

No documents added yet.

Can this generate a 45-page report?

Yes, but only when the data and document set justify it. The best Knoxxbridge report should not be long for the sake of looking impressive. A clean Professional PDF may be 6–10 pages, an Executive PDF+ may be 10–18 pages, a human-reviewed Business Evaluation or Acquisition Report may be 15–30 pages, and a 35–45 page Transition & Growth Report should use appendices, source schedules, document summaries, diligence questions, and supporting charts.

How files feed reports

Documents should eventually support input verification, confidence labels, missing-diligence checks, Business Change Intelligence, and report appendices. Until backend storage is live, this page demonstrates the workflow without pretending documents are securely stored on the server.

01

Broker Files™

Broker Files™ should function as the central deal-package workspace for business brokers, advisors, and intermediary partners. This section should allow broker users to create one folder per listing or opportunity, upload source PDFs, assign each document to a category, and maintain a clean digital transaction package before the opportunity is shared with buyers, sellers, lenders, or Knoxxbridge reviewers.

The final system should support uploads for CIMs, teaser sheets, financial summaries, normalized EBITDA or SDE schedules, add-back explanations, lease documents, equipment lists, employee summaries, seller notes, due-diligence requests, NDA records, signed engagement documents, and broker-prepared valuation packages. Every file should include metadata fields such as business name, broker name, listing status, industry, geography, asking price, revenue, SDE/EBITDA, document type, upload date, confidentiality level, and whether the document is verified, draft, expired, or pending review.

Broker Files™ should ultimately behave like a deal-room engine. A secondary AI coding agent should interpret this section as a requirement to build a secure, searchable PDF storage system with listing-level folders, broker-level permissions, document tagging, upload validation, file previews, downloadable records, audit timestamps, and structured document categories that can later be read by Knoxxbridge AI Analysis OS™.

02

Buyer / Client Files™

Buyer / Client Files™ should store the acquisition-side documents required to evaluate a buyer’s readiness, capital position, acquisition assumptions, financing plan, and post-closing operating model. This section should support one folder per buyer, one subfolder per target acquisition, and one working file room for acquisition calculator outputs, lender packages, equity contribution records, operator plans, and internal Knoxxbridge underwriting reports.

The final system should support PDF uploads for buyer profiles, proof-of-funds letters, bank correspondence, lender prequalification, personal financial statements, corporate structure documents, acquisition criteria, LOI drafts, deal model exports, DSCR calculations, seller-financing proposals, equity contribution worksheets, management plans, resumes, operator agreements, insurance records, legal correspondence, and buyer-side due-diligence notes. Each file should be taggable by buyer name, target business, deal stage, document type, capital source, lender, sensitivity level, review status, and whether it should feed acquisition scoring, financing analysis, or AI-assisted underwriting.

Buyer / Client Files™ should eventually allow Knoxxbridge AI Analysis OS™ to inspect documents and compare them against acquisition assumptions. The AI layer should be able to identify missing buyer documents, summarize lender readiness, reference uploaded PDFs when producing acquisition commentary, flag inconsistencies between calculator inputs and uploaded files, and support future dashboard workflows where buyers can see what is complete, incomplete, expired, or required before LOI submission.

03

Seller / Client Files™

Seller / Client Files™ should become the owner-side document cabinet for preparing a business for valuation, seller financing analysis, retirement modeling, acquisition review, and transition planning. This section should allow each seller or business owner to upload documents into a structured file room that mirrors the actual diligence categories used by Knoxxbridge: financial quality, customer quality, operational transferability, employee depth, legal records, assets, leases, and transition risks.

The final system should support PDF uploads for tax returns, profit-and-loss statements, balance sheets, general ledgers, revenue reports, payroll summaries, employee lists, management charts, customer concentration reports, recurring revenue documents, contracts, supplier agreements, leases, equipment schedules, vehicle lists, insurance policies, debt schedules, shareholder records, corporate documents, licenses, compliance records, SOPs, owner-transition notes, seller-financing preferences, retirement goals, and valuation-support files.

Seller / Client Files™ should eventually allow Knoxxbridge AI Analysis OS™ to read and reference uploaded documents while producing business quality reports, valuation commentary, seller-financing analysis, retirement outcome summaries, and acquisition readiness recommendations. The AI should identify missing diligence items, detect whether key assumptions are supported by documents, explain what weakens confidence, summarize operational transferability, evaluate owner involvement evidence, and help produce institutional-grade report language grounded in the seller’s uploaded PDFs.

Future Knoxxbridge AI Analysis OS™ Brain

The File Cabinet becomes the memory layer for document-aware underwriting.

At full maturity, uploaded documents should not sit idle. They should become reference material for the Knoxxbridge AI Analysis OS™ brain. The AI layer should be able to search approved PDFs, extract relevant facts, summarize document quality, cite file names inside internal reports, identify missing diligence items, compare uploaded records to calculator inputs, and help generate investment committee commentary that is grounded in actual business documents rather than unsupported user-entered assumptions.

The intended architecture is simple: users upload documents, the system stores them inside permission-aware client folders, every document receives metadata and category tags, and Knoxxbridge AI can later inspect the appropriate file set when generating analysis. This should support broker workflows, buyer workflows, seller workflows, and future paid SaaS dashboards.
